An embodiment of the present invention relates to a fire safety reinforced construction method of an external insulation building using a flame retardant finishing material, which arranges a fire reinforced construction unit for constructing fire reinforcement in a fire-vulnerable area having an existing insulation material of a building, adhesion mortar, a portion constructed by a finishing material, a first floor wall, a ceiling facing outdoor air of a Piloti structure, a periphery of a wall or a window, or an opening near an entrance door, constructs a first reinforcement unit in the fire reinforced construction unit by using a flame retardant material, constructs a second reinforcement unit in a primary reinforcement unit by using a flame retardant finishing agent having flame retardant mortar and a flame retardant finishing material, and coats fire resistant paint on the first reinforcement unit and the second reinforcement unit, thereby preventing a fire from being ascended and expanded along an outer wall of an external insulation building or the fire-vulnerable area when the fire occurs.
본 발명은 건물의 기존 단열재, 접착몰탈, 마감재로 시공된 부분, 1층 벽면, 필로티 구조의 외기와 마주보는 천정, 벽체 또는 창호 주변, 또는 출입문 주변 개구부를 포함하는 화재취약부위에 화재보강을 시공하기 위하여 화재보강시공부를 정리한 후, 화재보강시공부에 난연재를 이용하여 제1 보강부를 시공하고, 1차보강부에, 불연몰탈과 불연마감재를 포함하는 불연마감재료를 이용하여 제2 보강부를 시공한 다음, 제1 보강부 및 제2 보강부에 내화도료를 코팅하는 실시예로부터, 화재발생시 외단열 건축물의 외벽 또는 화재취약부위를 따라 화재가 상승 확산하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 불연마감재료를 이용한 외단열 건축물의 화재안전보강시공방법에 관한 것이다.
