Artificial turf structure with antibacterial properties
The present invention relates to an artificial turf structure with an antibacterial property, comprising: a bubble layer; an antibacterial layer which is placed in the bottom of the bubble layer and is formed of nonwoven fabric including antibacterial material; a pile unit which is composed of a plurality of pile yarns, standing by penetrating the bubble layer and the antibacterial layer, and of which one end is placed on the top of the bubble layer and the other end is placed on the bottom of the antibacterial layer; and a backing layer which adjoins the bottom of the antibacterial layer and the other end of the pile unit, and is formed of nonwoven fabric. The antibacterial layer comprises an antibacterial yarn which protrudes toward the top of the bubble layer by penetrating the bubble layer. The present invention provides an artificial turf structure which maintains cleanliness for a long time and prevents propagation of microorganisms and fungi.
본 발명은 항균성을 갖는 인조잔디 구조체에 관한 것으로, 기포층, 상기 기포층의 하면에 위치하고 항균물질을 포함하여 부직포로 형성된 항균층, 상기 기포층 및 상기 항균층을 관통하여 입모된 복수의 파일사로 이루어지고, 일측이 상기 기포층 상측에 위치하고, 타측이 상기 항균층 하면에 위치하는 파일부, 및 상기 항균층의 하면과 상기 파일부 타측과 접해있고 부직포로 형성된 백킹층을 포함하며, 상기 항균층은 상기 기포층을 관통하여 상기 기포층 상면으로 돌출된 항균 섬유사를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
