PRECAST CONCRETE PANEL HAVING HEATING MODULE AND BLACK ICE PREVENTIVE ROAD PACKING METHOD USING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) panel having heating modules embedded therein, which can reduce accidents caused by black ice in winter through a combination of heating modules and a prefabricated PC panel and can extend service life by ensuring the durability of road pavement, and a method for paving a black ice prevention road by using the same. The PC panel comprises: a PC body (10); CNT heating modules (20) embedded in the PC body, connected to an electric wire, and for generating heat through supply of a voltage; and a protective layer (30) formed on the PC body to cover the CNT heating modules, protecting the CNT heating modules. The PC body is made of PC to include embedded grooves (11) into which the CNT heating modules and the electric wire are inserted. After the CNT heating modules are inserted and installed in the embedded grooves, together with the electric wire, the CNT heating modules are embedded through the formation of the protective layer, and receives power through the electric wire to generate heat, thereby maintaining the surface of the PC body at a predetermined temperature or higher.
본 발명은 발열모듈이 매립되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널 및 이를 이용한 블랙아이스 예방 도로 포장 방법에 관한 것으로, 발열모듈과 공장 제작형 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널의 조합을 통해 겨울철 블랙아이스로 인한 교통사고를 줄이고 도로 포장의 내구성 확보로 수명을 연장하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 발열모듈이 매립되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널은, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 몸체(10)와; 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 몸체에 매립되며 전선과 접속되어 전압의 공급을 통해 발열하는 CNT 발열모듈(20)과; 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 몸체에 상기 CNT 발열모듈을 덮도록 형성되어 상기 CNT 발열모듈을 보호하는 보호층(30)을 포함하고, 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 몸체는 상기 CNT 발열모듈과 상기 전선이 삽입되는 매립홈(11)을 포함하도록 프리캐스트 콘크리트로 제작되며, 상기 CNT 발열모듈은 상기 전선과 함께 상기 매립홈에 삽입되어 설치된 후 상기 보호층의 형성을 통해 매립되고 상기 전선을 통해 전원을 인가받아 발열하여 상기 PC 몸체의 표면을 일정 온도 이상으로 유지한다.
