Rapid Road Packing Method Using Precast Concrete Panel
The present invention relates to a rapid road pavement method using a precast concrete panel, in which the surface of a road is rapidly paved by using the precast concrete panel and a guide block is pre-installed between the precast concrete panels to rapidly install the precast concrete panel only through leveling and arrangement of the guide block, thereby shortening a construction period of road pavement. The rapid road pavement method using the precast concrete panel according to the present invention comprises: a first step of installing precast concrete guide blocks (10), formed in a rectangular shape, on the surface of the road of an assistant base layer to be spaced at a predetermined distance from each other; a second step of installing a connection rod (20) in the direction crossing the gap between the guide blocks installed through the first step to connect the guide blocks to each other; a third step of covering a precast concrete pavement panel (30) on the surface of the road while using the guide blocks, installed in the first step, as a support base; a fourth step of temporarily fixing an end portion where the guide block faces the pavement panel by filling the end portion with mortar; and a fifth step of grouting the bottom portion of the pavement panel and the guide block, fixed through the fourth step, by a grout material.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널을 이용한 급속 도로 포장 방법에 관한 것으로, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널을 이용하여 도로의 노면을 신속하게 포장하고 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널들 사이에 가이드블록을 선 설치하여 가이드블록의 레벨링과 정렬만을 통해 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널을 신속하게 설치하여 도로 포장 공사의 공사기간을 단축하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널을 이용한 급속 도로 포장 방법은, 장방형으로 이루어진 프리캐스트 콘크리트의 가이드 블록(10)을 상호 간에 일정 거리를 두고 보조기층의 노면에 설치하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계를 통해 설치한 가이드 블록들의 사이를 횡단하는 방향으로 연결봉(20)을 설치하여 가이드 블록들을 서로 연결하는 제2단계와; 상기 제1단계에서 설치하는 가이드 블록을 지지기반으로 하여 노면을 프리캐스트 콘크리트의 포장 패널(30)로 덮는 제3단계와; 상기 가이드 블록과 포장 패널의 마주하는 단부를 몰탈로 충진하여 가고정하는 제4단계와; 상기 제4단계를 통해 고정된 포장 패널과 가이드 블록의 저부를 그라우트재로 그라우팅하는 제5단계를 포함한다.
