Seismic retrofit method of masonry buildings by plastering fiber-reinforced mortar
The present invention relates to a seismic retrofit method of a masonry building using plastering of fiber-reinforced mortar, which applies fiber-reinforced mortar to the outer surface of a dressing wall, constructed on the front of a structure, of an existing masonry building and cures the same, thereby simply performing seismic reinforcement on the masonry building, can integrate the entire dressing wall without removing the bricks of the conventional dressing wall, thereby using the same as a structure that resists lateral force, and can minimize dust and noise during construction, thereby reinforcing the masonry building in a living state. The seismic retrofit method for performing seismic reinforcement on the conventional masonry building in which dressing walls are constructed on the front of a building structure by hollow masonry to be spaced apart from the structure, comprises the steps of: (a) removing foreign substances from the outer surface of a dressing wall; (b) applying fiber-reinforced mortar to the outer surface of some of the dressing bricks of the dressing wall; (c) curing the fiber-reinforced mortar, and forming a space in the dressing wall by removing dressing bricks to which the fiber-reinforced mortar is not applied; (d) drilling an anchor hole in the front of the structure through the space; (e) constructing an anchor in the anchor hole; and (f) filling the space with fiber-reinforced mortar.
본 발명은 구조체 전면에 치장벽체가 시공된 기존 조적조 건물의 치장벽체 외면에 섬유보강 모르타르를 바름 시공한 후 양생 및 경화시켜 간단하게 내진 보강함으로써, 기존 치장벽체의 벽돌 제거 없이 치장벽체 전체를 일체화하여 횡력에 저항하는 구조체로 사용할 수 있고, 시공시 분진 및 소음을 최소화하여 거주 상태에서 보강이 가능한 섬유보강 모르타르 바름에 의한 조적조 건축물의 내진 보강 방법에 대한 것이다.본 발명은 건물 구조체의 전면에 공간 쌓기에 의해 구조체와 이격되도록 치장벽체가 시공된 기존 조적조 건물을 내진 보강하기 위한 것으로, (a) 치장벽체 외면의 이물질을 제거하는 단계; (b) 상기 치장벽체의 치장벽돌 중 일부 치장벽돌의 외면에 섬유보강 모르타르를 바름 시공하는 단계; (c) 상기 섬유보강 모르타르를 양생하여 경화시키는 한편, 상기 섬유보강 모르타르가 시공되지 않은 치장벽돌을 제거하여 치장벽체 내에 공간부를 형성하는 단계; (d) 상기 공간부를 통해 구조체의 전면에 앵커홀을 천공하는 단계; (e) 상기 앵커홀에 앵커를 시공하는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 공간부에 섬유보강 모르타르를 충전하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구성된다.

The present invention relates to a seismic retrofit method of a masonry building using plastering of fiber-reinforced mortar, which applies fiber-reinforced mortar to the outer surface of a dressing wall, constructed on the front of a structure, of an existing masonry building and cures the same, thereby simply performing seismic reinforcement on the masonry building, can integrate the entire dressing wall without removing the bricks of the conventional dressing wall, thereby using the same as a structure that resists lateral force, and can minimize dust and noise during construction, thereby reinforcing the masonry building in a living state. The seismic retrofit method for performing seismic reinforcement on the conventional masonry building in which dressing walls are constructed on the front of a building structure by hollow masonry to be spaced apart from the structure, comprises the steps of: (a) removing foreign substances from the outer surface of a dressing wall; (b) applying fiber-reinforced mortar to the outer surface of some of the dressing bricks of the dressing wall; (c) curing the fiber-reinforced mortar, and forming a space in the dressing wall by removing dressing bricks to which the fiber-reinforced mortar is not applied; (d) drilling an anchor hole in the front of the structure through the space; (e) constructing an anchor in the anchor hole; and (f) filling the space with fiber-reinforced mortar.
본 발명은 구조체 전면에 치장벽체가 시공된 기존 조적조 건물의 치장벽체 외면에 섬유보강 모르타르를 바름 시공한 후 양생 및 경화시켜 간단하게 내진 보강함으로써, 기존 치장벽체의 벽돌 제거 없이 치장벽체 전체를 일체화하여 횡력에 저항하는 구조체로 사용할 수 있고, 시공시 분진 및 소음을 최소화하여 거주 상태에서 보강이 가능한 섬유보강 모르타르 바름에 의한 조적조 건축물의 내진 보강 방법에 대한 것이다.본 발명은 건물 구조체의 전면에 공간 쌓기에 의해 구조체와 이격되도록 치장벽체가 시공된 기존 조적조 건물을 내진 보강하기 위한 것으로, (a) 치장벽체 외면의 이물질을 제거하는 단계; (b) 상기 치장벽체의 치장벽돌 중 일부 치장벽돌의 외면에 섬유보강 모르타르를 바름 시공하는 단계; (c) 상기 섬유보강 모르타르를 양생하여 경화시키는 한편, 상기 섬유보강 모르타르가 시공되지 않은 치장벽돌을 제거하여 치장벽체 내에 공간부를 형성하는 단계; (d) 상기 공간부를 통해 구조체의 전면에 앵커홀을 천공하는 단계; (e) 상기 앵커홀에 앵커를 시공하는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 공간부에 섬유보강 모르타르를 충전하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구성된다.
