Fiber-reinforced plastering mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses fiber-reinforced plastering mortar and a preparation method thereof. The fiber-reinforced plastering mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150-200 parts of cement, 150-200 parts of diatomite, 15-20 parts of modified nanometer titania, 0.8-1.2 pars of engineering polypropylene fiber, 6-10 parts of inorganic pigment and 250-300 parts of water. The fiber-reinforced plastering mortar can utilize the catalytic action of a compound photocatalyst to reduce the content of evaporable harmful gases such as formaldehyde gas indoors during the day and utilize the adsorption effect of diatomite to adsorb gaseous pollutants during the night; and in addition, the anti-crack, anti-permeability, anti-freezing and anti-fatigue performance of the plastering mortar is greatly improved; early-crack of the mortar is prevented, the durableness is improved, and the wall body self is well protected to some extent.
