Quick coupler for excavators equipped with safety devices
The present invention relates to a quick coupler for an excavator with safety devices, which is installed at a tip of the excavator to enable a working device such as a bucket, etc. to be coupled and separated, and which can prevent accidents by preventing the working device from being separated from the quick coupler by means of an auto-locking unit interlocked with a cylinder mover when the cylinder mover moves backward due to a malfunction of the hydraulic pressure system or user's negligence in a state in which the working device is coupled as a hydraulic cylinder of the quick coupler moves forward. The quick coupler for an excavator with safety devices comprises: a quick coupler body; a fixed hook to which a front point of a working device is fixed; a movable hook to which a rear pin of the working device is fixed; a cylinder mover which has the movable hook advance to make the rear pin of the working device seated on and fixed to the movable hook; a tension spring which pulls the movable hook backward; and a safety device which enables a locking action that a locking member, which is pressed by an operating rod moved back and forth along with the cylinder mover, blocks the entrance of the fixed hook.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 아암 선단에 설치되어 버킷 등과 같은 작업장치를 결합 및 분리할 수 있도록 하는 퀵커플러의 유압 실린더가 전진하는 수단으로 작업장치를 결합시킨 상태에서 유압의 오작동이나 사용자의 과실로 인하여 실린더 이동자가 후진하는 경우에는 이와 연동되는 자동 잠금수단에 의해 작업장치가 퀵커플러로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하여 안전사고를 예방할 수 있도록 한 안전장치가 구비된 굴삭기용 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 퀵커플러 몸체와, 작업장치의 전면핀이 고정되는 고정후크와, 작업장치의 후면핀이 고정되는 유동후크와, 상기 유동후크를 전진시켜 작업장치의 후면핀을 유동후크에 안착 고정될 수 있도록 하는 실린더 이동자와, 상기 유동후크를 후진방향으로 당김작용을 하는 인장스프링과, 상기 실린더 이동자를 따라 전,후진되도록 한 작동로드로 가압되는 잠금부재에 의해 고정후크의 입구를 차단시키는 잠금작용이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 안전장치가 구비된 굴삭기용 퀵커플러를 특징으로 한다.
