A hydraulic cylinder of a quick coupler: has a long hole at any one side between a cylinder rod and a cylinder body in order to be inserted into a shaft for the cylinder of a coupler body and is combined with an operation hook at the other end in order to be rotatable; and rotates the operation hook to be combined with or released from a second coupling pin in accordance with extension or contraction. A rotation key includes a rotation key protrusion of entering the coupling groove of a fixing hook in accordance with the position of rotation and prevents a first coupling pin from being separated from the coupling groove of the fixing hook by being maintained in a state that the rotation key protrusion is inserted into the coupling groove of the fixing hook by the elastic force of a rotation key spring. A stopper includes a stopper hook coupled to or separated from a cylinder hook around the long hole, is supported by the elastic force of a stopper spring, and rotates the rotation key so that the rotation key protrusion can be drawn out from the coupling groove of the fixing hook during the contraction of the hydraulic cylinder.
퀵 커플러의 유압실린더는 실린더 로드와 실린더 바디 중 어느 한쪽에 장홀이 형성되어 커플러 바디의 실린더용 축에 끼워지고 다른 쪽이 가동후크에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 신장 또는 수축 동작에 따라 가동후크를 제2 결합핀에 대해 결합 또는 해제시키도록 회전시킨다. 회전키는 회전 위치에 따라 고정후크의 결합홈에 인출입하는 회전키 돌기를 구비하며, 회전키 돌기가 회전키 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 고정후크의 결합홈에 인입된 상태로 유지되어 고정후크의 결합홈으로부터 제1 결합핀의 이탈을 방지한다. 스토퍼는 장홀 주변의 실린더 후크에 결합 또는 분리되는 스토퍼 후크를 구비하며, 스토퍼 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 지지되며, 유압실린더의 수축 동작시 회전키 돌기가 고정후크의 결합홈으로부터 인출되도록 회전키를 회전시킨다.
