Loess board containing herbal flavor and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a loess board containing herbal scent and a manufacturing method thereof, for including herbal extracts in loess but not using any chemical components for cement or adhesives. The present invention does not produce any irritating odors which are generated from existing concrete or wallpaper by not using any chemical components for cement or adhesives, and far-infrared rays emitted from the loess purify the air, providing an excellent deodorization function. Due to the contained herbal extract, the antibacterial function of loess is further improved. In addition, the herbal extract has mental and physical relaxation, stress relief and anti-inflammatory action on the human body, so when using the loess board according to the present invention as a building material for a long period of time, a great effect on health promotion can be provided. The method comprises the steps of: a) preparing a paste composition for manufacturing a loess board by mixing and primarily kneading 12 to 15 wt% of an herbal extract, 5 to 10 wt% of cypress sawdust, and 20 to 50 wt% of water per 90 to 100 wt% of loess powder; b) secondly kneading the paste composition to shape the same into a rice cake shape; c) putting the rice cake-shaped paste composition into a kneader and kneading the same for a third time to form a board; d) drying the same; and e) cutting the same to a specific size.
본 발명은 황토에 허브 추출물을 함유시키되, 시멘트나 접착제용 화학성분을 일체 사용하지 않은 허브향이 함유된 황토보드 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시멘트나 접착제용 화학제를 전혀 사용하지 않아 기존 콘크리트 또는 벽지에서 나는 자극적인 냄새가 전혀 발생하지 않으며, 황토로부터 방사되는 원적외선이 공기를 정화시켜 주는 작용이 있어 탈취 기능이 우수하고, 함유된 허브 추출물로 인하여 황토의 항균 기능을 더욱 향상시킨다. 또한 상기 허브 추출물은 인체에 심신안정, 스트레스 완화 및 항염 작용이 있어 본 발명에 따른 황토보드를 건축자재로 장기간 사용 시 건강 증진에 큰 효과가 있다.
