LOESS BOARD MANUFACTURING METHOD AND LOESS BOARD MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
According to a method for manufacturing a yellow soil board, materials for an upper layer part and a lower layer part are generated by manufacturing a yellow soil board frame. The upper layer part is generated by mixing 100 parts by weight of magnesium oxide, 60 parts by weight of yellow soil, 25 parts by weight of wood flour, 5 parts by weight of titanium dioxide photocatalyst, and 3 parts by weight of admixture. The lower layer part is generated by mixing 100 parts by weight of magnesium oxide, 60 parts by weight of yellow soil, 25 parts by weight of wood flour, 8 parts by weight of porous mineral powder, and 3 parts by weight of admixture. The lower layer part, an intermediate part, and the upper layer part are sequentially injected into the yellow soil board frame to be molded, and are dried at a certain temperature to be manufactured. According to the method for manufacturing a yellow soil board constructed as above, harmful chemical substances are adsorbed and decomposed by the porous mineral powder included in the lower layer part to be removed, and volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde, etc. are decompressed and removed by photocatalyst substances included in the upper layer part, thereby preventing sick house syndrome, and providing environment-friendly building interior materials.
황토보드 제조방법은 황토보드 틀을 제작하여 상층부 및 하층부 재료를 생성하되, 상층부는 산화마그네슘 100 중량부에 황토 60 중량부, 목분 25 중량부, 이산화티탄 광촉매 5 중량부, 및 혼화재 3 중량부를 혼합하여 생성하고, 하층부는 산화마그네슘 100 중량부에 황토 60 중량부, 목분 25 중량부, 다공성 광물분말 8 중량부, 및 혼화재 3 중량부를 혼합하여 생성하고, 황토보드 틀에 하층부, 중간부, 상층부 순서로 투입하여 성형시킨 후, 일정온도로 건조하여 제작한다. 이와 같이 구성되는 황토보드 제조방법에 의하면, 하층부에 포함되는 다공성 광물분말에 의해 유해 화학물질을 흡착 분해하여 제거하고, 상층부에 포함되는 광촉매 물질에 의해 휘발성 유기화합물, 포름 알데히드 등을 분해 제거함으로써 새집증후군을 방지하고 친환경적인 건축내장재를 제공할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
