The present invention relates to a thermal insulation panel for configuring a wall surface, a ceiling, and a floor surface of a refrigeration warehouse. The thermal insulation panel (P) for a refrigeration warehouse comprises: an insulation material (100); a frame unit (200) including a front frame (210) covering a front surface of the insulation material (100), a rear frame (220) covering a rear surface of the insulation material (100), an upper frame (230) covering an upper surface of the insulation material (100), and a lower frame covering a lower surface of the insulation material (100); and two side plates (300), respectively covering both side surfaces of the insulation material (100). The thermal insulation panel (P) further includes two support frames (400) which are respectively coupled to both sides of the front frame (210) to connect the front frame (210) and the two side plates (300), respectively. In the side plate (300), a front end portion is arranged to overlap a rear portion of a side surface of the support frame (400), and a rear end portion is arranged to protrude rearward past the rear frame (220), such that the rear end portion of the side plate (300) of the insulation panel (P) disposed in the front among the two thermal insulation panels (P) connected back and forth overlaps all of the side surfaces of the support frame (400) of the thermal insulation panel (P) disposed at the rear. In accordance with the present invention, rigidity, airtightness and heat insulation can be increased.
본 발명은 냉동창고의 벽면, 청장, 바닥면 등을 구성하기 위한 단열패널에 관한 것으로서, 단열재(100); 상기 단열재(100)의 전면을 덮는 전측프레임(210), 상기 단열재(100)의 후면을 덮는 후측프레임(220), 상기 단열재(100)의 상면을 덮는 상측프레임(230), 그리고 상기 단열재(100)의 하면을 덮는 하측프레임을 포함하는 프레임유닛(200); 및 상기 단열재(100)의 양측면을 각각 덮는 두 측면플레이트(300);를 포함하는 냉동창고용 단열패널(P)에 있어서, 상기 단열패널(P)은, 상기 전측프레임(210)의 양측에 각각 결합되어 상기 전측프레임(210)과 상기 두 측면플레이트(300)를 각각 연결하는 두 지지프레임(400)을 더 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 측면플레이트(300)는 전단부가 상기 지지프레임(400)의 측면 후부에 겹쳐지도록 배치되고, 후단부가 상기 후측프레임(220)을 지나 후방으로 돌출되게 배치되어, 전후로 연결된 두 단열패널(P)에서 전방에 배치된 단열패널(P)의 측면플레이트(300) 후단부는 후방에 배치된 단열패널(P)의 지지프레임(400) 측면 전부에 겹쳐지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동창고용 단열패널을 개시한다.
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation panel for configuring a wall surface, a ceiling, and a floor surface of a refrigeration warehouse.
