The present invention relates to a copper antibacterial PE sheet attached to an inner surface of a PDF water tank capable of providing a PE sheet having an antibacterial effect of copper attached on an inner surface of a PDF water tank and a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of the copper antibacterial PE sheet. The copper antibacterial PE sheet according to the present invention comprises a plate-shaped sheet having a length longer than widths of both sides and having fluidity, in which copper powder is mixed with molten materials of PE pellets and EVA pellets, and the mixture is extrusion molded and solidified.
본 발명은 PDF 물탱크의 내면에 부착되는 동의 항균 효과를 가지는 PE 시트를 제공할 수 있는 PDF 물탱크의 내면에 부착되는 동항균 PE 시트 및 그 동항균 PE 시트의 제조방법과 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 동항균 PE 시트는 PE 펠릿들과 EVA 펠릿들의 용융물에 동분말이 혼합되어 압출 성형되고 냉각되어 고형화 된 유동성을 가진 양측 폭보다 길이가 긴 판형태의 시트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
