Parking lot integrated unmanned settlement system
The present invention relates to an integrated unmanned settlement system for a parking lot, which is installed in a parking lot to use images for detecting the entry and passing of a vehicle, and which integrally implements a parking fee settlement machine, which processes settlement for parking fees, a barrier gate, which controls an entry and exit of the vehicle with a gate bar, and a license plate recognizer, which recognizes a license plate, into a single unmanned settlement machine. The integrated unmanned settlement system for a parking lot comprises: a vehicle detection means that takes an image of a vehicle on an entrance road or an exit road to provide vehicle movement information on the entrance road and vehicle movement information on the exit road; an unmanned settlement machine that works together with the vehicle detection means, recognizes a license number of the vehicle when the vehicle on the entrance road is detected, controls operation of a barrier gate based on the vehicle movement information of the vehicle detection means, settles a parking fee based on the recognized license number and parking information of the vehicle, and performs control of an entry and exit of the vehicle based on settlement information of the parking fee; and a barrier gate that recognizes the license number of the vehicle under control of the integrated unmanned settlement machine to transmit a result of the recognition to the unmanned settlement machine when the entry or passing of the vehicle is detected, and controls the entry and exit of the vehicle through a control action in accordance with the control of the entry and exit of the vehicle.
주차장에 설치되어 차량 진입 및 차량 통과의 검출을 영상을 이용하도록 하고, 주차 요금을 결제처리하는 주차요금 정산기와 차단 바를 통해 차량 진출입을 제어하는 차단기 및 차량번호를 인식하는 차량번호 인식기(LPR; License Plate Recognition)를 단일의 무인정산기에 통합하여 구현한 주차장 통합 무인정산시스템에 관한 것으로서, 진입로 또는 진출로의 차량을 촬영하여, 진입로 차량 이동정보와 진출로 차량 이동정보를 제공하는 차량 감지 수단, 차량 감지 수단과 연동하며, 진입 차량 감지 시 차량 번호를 인식하고, 상기 차량 감지 수단의 차량 이동정보를 기초로 진입 차단기 동작을 제어하며, 인식된 차량 번호와 주차정보를 기초로 주차요금을 정산하고, 상기 주차요금 정산 정보에 따라 차량 진출을 제어하는 통합 무인정산기 및 통합 무인정산기의 제어에 따라 진출 차량 감지 시 차량 번호를 인식하여 상기 통합 무인정산기에 전달하며, 차량 진출 제어에 따라 단속 동작을 통해 차량 진출을 단속하는 진출 차단기를 포함한다.
