The present invention relates to a cubicle panel and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the cubicle panel comprises: a particle board (PB); an antibacterial plastic plate which is bonded on a surface of the particle board; and an adhesive for bonding the particle board with the antibacterial plastic plate. The cubicle panel has excellent flame retardant property and has excellent antibacterial performance against biological pollution sources such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
