본원은 철재 컨테이너 구조물을 황토방의 벽체나 지붕재로 활용하기 위해 벽체 안쪽에 석고보드를 붙이고 석고보드 내측으로 황토패널이나 황토판재나 목재판재가 내장된 구조로 개조한 변형된 컨테이너 구조물을 얻는 단계와, 상기 변형된 컨테이너 구조물의 저부위치에서 가온구조를 이루기 위한 저부구들층은 외부에서 별도로 제작되어 황토방 제작 현장으로 운반된 후 변형된 컨테이너 구조물이 저부구들층의 상부에 올려진 상태로 제작됨으로 1주일이나 2주 이내의 짧은 시간에 저렴한 비용으로 변형 황토방을 얻을 수 있는 변형 황토방의 시공방법 관련 기술이다. 본원 공법이 적용되는 경우 공사기간이 10 여일 정도에 완성될 수 있는 공기단축 효과를 제공하고 통상 황토방 건축물을 제작하는데 통상적으로 4000 내지 5000만원 정도의 비용이 소요되는데 비하여 컨테이너 구조물을 이용한 변형구조의 황토방 시공방법이 적용되는 경우 1/2 이상의 비용 절감효과도 얻을 수 있는 기술이다.
According to the present invention, provided is technology a method of constructing a transformed red clay room, including the following steps of: obtaining a transformed container structure remodeled into a structure in which a plaster board is attached to an inner side of a wall and a red clay panel, a red clay board, or a wooden board is embedded inside the plaster board, in order to use a steel container structure as a wall or roof material for a red clay room; and separately manufacturing a bottom floor layer, which is used to form a temperature increasing structure in a bottom position of the transformed container structure, from the outside and transporting the same to a red clay manufacturing site, and then, manufacturing the transformed container structure in an upper part of the bottom floor layer, thereby obtaining a transformed red clay room at a low cost within a short time of one or two weeks. As the construction method of the present invention is applied, a construction period reduction effect for enabling construction to be completed within around 10 days is provided, and, although the construction of a red clay building normally costs 40 or 50 million won, the application of the transformed red clay room construction method using a container structure can bring about an effect of reducing costs by no less than 1/2.
