Building Remodeling Construction Method Using Loess Board and Remodeled Building Thereof
An objective of the present application is to provide an installation method of a red clay room which installs a wall by transporting a plate affixing roll in a scroll form from a factory to a pre-manufacturing site by affixing a fabric sheet to one side of a wooden plate on the outside to quickly remodel one room in an existing building into a red clay building within a short construction period of two to three days. In the red clay room provided by the present application, a wooden plate (10) is cut into a width of 30-70mm and a length of 80-120cm and is processed to have a corner processing part (11) on the outside of the wooden plate. A fabric sheet is affixed to the bottom (10a) of the inside of the wooden plate (10) to prepare a plate affixing roll (30) in a scroll form to attach the wooden affixing roll (30) in a height range of 100±20cm from the bottom inside an inner wall plasterboard (40) at a desired place for installing the red clay room to form a sidewall bottom of the red clay room. A red clay plate (50) is attached from the upper end of the wooden affixing roll (30) to a ceiling bottom to form a sidewall part of the red clay room. A cushion insulator with an embedded rubber hose is laid on the bottom of the red clay room with the sidewall part, and then the red clay plate (50) is laid on an upper portion of the cushion insulator to quickly form a red clay room structure in an existing building.
본원은 기존 건물 내 하나의 방을 따뜻한 황토방으로 변형시키기 원할 때 2~3일 이내의 짧은 공사기간 내 신속하게 황토방 건물로 리모델링할 수 있도록 외부에서 목재판재의 일측면에 직물지로 배접을 실시하여 두루마리 형태의 판재배접롤을 공장에서 사전제작 현장으로 운반하여 벽체를 설치하는 황토방 설치방법을 제공하기 위한 기술이다. 본원 기술로 제공되는 황토방은 목재판재(10)가 폭 30~70㎜, 길이 80~120㎝ 규격으로 절단되고, 목재판재 외측으로 모서리가공부(11)를 갖도록 가공되며, 목재판재(10)의 내측바닥면(10a)으로는 직물지(20)로 배접을 실시하여 두루마리 형태의 판재배접롤(30)이 준비되어 황토방 설치를 원하는 장소의 내측벽부 석고보드(40) 안쪽에서 바닥면에서 100±20㎝ 높이 범위로 목재배절롤(30)이 부착되어 황토방의 측벽저부를 형성하고, 상기 목재배절롤(30)의 상단부에서 천정저부까지 황토판재(50)가 부착되어 황토방의 측벽부를 형성하고, 상기 측벽부가 형성된 황토방의 바닥면에 고무호스관이 내장된 쿠션단열재가 먼저 깔리고 쿠션단열재 상부로 황토판재(50)가 깔려지는 구성을 포함하여 기존건축물 내부에서 신속하게 황토방구조를 형성하도록 적용될 수 있는 황토방 관련 기술이다.
