The present invention relates to an induction heating high-temperature pyrolysis device, and more specifically, to an induction heating high-temperature pyrolysis device, comprising: a frame (10); a tunnel-type insulation kiln body (20); a carbonization furnace assembly (30); a door assembly (40); a working coil assembly (50); a plurality of carbonization furnace cover lifting double acting air cylinders (60); a carbonization furnace cover assembly (70); a tunnel cover loop (80); an exhaust pipe assembly (90); a working coil cooler (100); an operation unit (110); an operation status display unit (120); a temperature display unit (130); a temperature detection sensor (140); and a control unit (150). Thus, the present invention is easily installed in various medical wastes, apartments, residential complexes, industrial complexes, agriculture and fisheries, livestock areas, etc., and performs induction heating of various wastes generated therefrom and garbage generated in restaurants and households so that their fire is in state of volume-reduced and sterilized carbonized ash at about 700 to 1,150℃. Thus, ultra-high temperature heat treatment (pyrolysis) through induction heating can be performed.
본 발명은 유도가열 고온 열분해장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 프레임(10)과 터널식 단열 가마 본체(20), 탄화로 조립체(30), 도어 조립체(40), 워킹코일 조립체(50), 복수의 탄화로 뚜껑 승하강용 복동 에어 실린더(60), 탄화로 뚜껑 조립체(70), 터널 뚜껑 루프(80), 배기관 조립체(90), 워킹코일 냉각기(100), 조작부(110), 작동상태 표시부(120), 온도표시부(130), 온도검출센서(140) 및 제어부(150)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 각종 의료 폐기물과 아파트나 주거단지, 산업단지, 농업 및 어업, 축산 지역 등에 간단히 설치하여 이들에서 발생하는 쓰레기나, 폐기물 및 요식업소나 가정 등에서 발생하는 쓰레기 등과 같이 다양한 장소에서 배출되는 각종 폐기물을 불꽃(화염)이 '부피 감축' 및 '멸균된 탄화 재(Ash) 상태'로 약 700~1,150℃의 유도가열을 통해 초고온 열처리(열분해)할 수 있다.
