To provide an induction heating welding device capable of easily and accurately aligning a pressing pad and a heating coil with respect to an outer contour of a conductive member.SOLUTION: An induction heating welding device 2 includes: a heating coil 6 that induces and heats a conductive member; a power supply unit 61 that supplies a current to the heating coil 6; a housing 20 that houses the heating coil 6 and the power supply unit 61; a pressing pad 5 that is mounted on a lower end 23 of the housing 20 and has a contact surface that contacts a sheet material; and a skirt unit 8 that has an inner peripheral shape that can follow an outer contour of the conductive member while sandwiching the sheet material, and is attached to the lower end 23 so as to slide along a vertical line CL of the contact surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
