REDUCER FOR ROLLING DOOR APLLIED HOLLOW SHAFT
The present invention relates to a speed reducer system including a hollow shaft, comprising: a roller pipe installed inside a shutter case and receiving a rotational force to roll up or spread a slat or a screen; a gearbox combined with the terminus of the shutter case; an electric motor arranged at one side of the gearbox to be perpendicular to the roller pipe; and a speed reduction module consisting of a driving gear shaft combined with the driving shaft of the electric motor to rotate, a conversion gear shaft toothing perpendicularly with the driving gear shaft to transmit a rotational force to a terminus, a planetary gear toothing as inscribed in the terminus of the conversion gear shaft, a carrier for accommodating the planetary gear, a first ring gear toothing with one side of the planetary gear exposed outside the carrier, and a second ring gear toothing with the other side of the planetary gear, wherein the second ring gear is combined with the terminus of the roller pipe to rotate. Therefore, provided is a speed reducer for a shutter, capable of reducing time for assembly and installation.
셔터케이스 내부에 설치되어 회전력을 전달받아 슬라트 또는 스크린을 감아올리거나 펼치는 롤러파이프, 셔터케이스의 종단에 결합되는 기어박스, 롤러파이프와 수직하도록 기어박스의 일측에 배치되는 전기모터, 전기모터의 구동축과 결합되어 회전되는 구동기어축과, 구동기어축과 수직하도록 치합되어 종단으로 회전력을 전달하는 전환기어축과, 전환기어축의 종단에 내접하여 치합하는 유성기어와, 유성기어를 수용하는 캐리어와, 캐리어 외측으로 노출된 유성기어의 일측과 치합하는 제1링기어, 유성기어의 타측과 치합하는 제2링기어로 구성되는 감속모듈을 포함하여, 롤러파이프의 종단에 제2링기어가 결합되어 회전되도록 한다.
