The present invention relates to an antifouling film underwater cleaning apparatus, comprising: a plurality of fixed blocks disposed at intervals on one side of a ship; a plurality of support arms extending from the fixed blocks to support a membrane body of the antifouling film located in the water; a movable arm moving longitudinally and transversely between the support arms; a brush disposed at a front end of the movable arm to remove contaminants from the membrane body as the brush rotates by a motor drive; and a controller for controlling operations of the support arms, the movable arm, and the brush. An objective of the present invention is to provide the underwater cleaning apparatus for the antifouling film, which enables smooth circulation of river water and seawater.
