Grout Material Composition and Reinforcement Methods Using Grout Material Composition and Anchor installed Sensor
The present invention relates to a grout material composition including 5 to 30 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 10 to 60 parts by weight of fine powder of blast furnace slag; 1 to 5 parts by weight of slaked lime; 1 to 10 parts by weight of sodium bentonite; 1 to 10 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 10 to 30 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 1 to 10 parts by weight of fibers; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a dispersant; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of a stabilizer; 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of surfactant; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high-performance water reducing agent; based on 100 parts by weight of cement and a repair and reinforcement method using the same. The grout material composition and the repair and reinforcement method using the same according to the present invention obtain durability, bearing capacity, and/or water resistance, etc. during grouting for repair and reinforcement, supplement the physical properties of the structure such as tensile strength, etc., and extend the lifespan by being strongly attached to the ground or structure.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 고로슬래그 미분말 10 내지 60중량부; 소석회 1 내지 5중량부; 나트륨벤토나이트 1 내지 10중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 30중량부; 섬유 1 내지 10중량부; 분산제 1 내지 10중량부; 안정제 0.1 내지 2중량부; 계면활성제 0.1 내지 3중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 그라우트재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 보수보강방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 그라우트재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 보수보강방법은 보수보강을 위한 그라우팅 시공시 내구성, 지내력, 및/또는 차수성 등을 얻고, 인장강도 등 구조물의 물성을 보완할 뿐만 아니라, 지반 또는 구조물에 강력하게 부착하여 수명을 연장시켜줄 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
