Contamination prevention permeable type grating
The present invention relates to an antifouling permeable grating used for a lid of a sewer, and more specifically to the antifouling permeable grating in which the production time can be shortened by simplifying the components, and accordingly the cost can be reduce and the manufacturing cost can be lowered. In addition, the antifouling permeable grating is strong in bending and compressive strength in an L-shape or lattice type, prevents separation, and has a refined shape, wherein the rainwater flows smoothly into a drain and at the same time odors can be blocked. L-shaped support frames are arranged and welded without the need to attach a mesh formed on the lower part of an existing grating, and then a filling space for inserting the filling material is formed such that the present invention can simplify the manufacturing process.
본 발명은 하수구의 뚜껑에 사용되는 오물방지 투수형 그레이팅에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로 구성품을 간소화하여 제작시간을 단축할 수 있고, 이로 인해 원가절감 및 제조단가를 낮출 수 있으며, L자형 또는 격자형으로 휨, 압축강도에서 강하며 이탈방지를 막아주고 모양이 세련되고, 우수가 원활하게 배수로로 유입됨과 동시에 악취를 차단할 수 있는 오물방지 투수형 그레이팅을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 본 발명은 기존의 그레이팅의 하부에 구성된 그물망을 부착할 필요없이 엘(L)자형상의 지지프레임을 일정한 간격으로 배치한 후 용접하면, 충진물을 내입할 수 있는 충진공간이 형성되므로 제조공정을 간소화시킬 수 있다.
