Anti-slip Flooring
The present invention relates to anti-slip flooring, wherein slip during walk of a pedestrian can be prevented and various messages can be transmitted effectively for a long period. The present invention provides anti-slip flooring comprising: an object for attachment thereto; a main body attached to the upper surface of the object for attachment thereto and having an attachment layer formed on a bottom surface; paint for expressing images and letters on the upper surface of the main body; an adhesion layer applied to part or the whole of the upper surface of the paint; an anti-slip protrusion attached to the entire adhesion layer; and a protection layer applied to the adhesion layer and the entire anti-slip protrusion. The main body is either a thin plate or a thick safety guide block. The paint is inorganic paint. The adhesion layer is formed of the mixed solution of inorganic matters and a transparent liquid hardener in the ratio of 3:7 to make attachment firm, thereby obtaining firm attachment and resistance to abrasion of the anti-slip protrusion, and improving the visibility of the images and letters on the upper surface of the main body. The inorganic matters are any one among stone powder, metal powder and glass powder or a mixture of two or more among stone powder, metal powder and glass powder in identical ratios. The anti-slip protrusion is partly buried in the adhesion layer to be attached and has the shape of glass beads with the size of 0.4 to 0.6 mm. The protection layer is formed of the same material with the adhesion layer.
본 발명은 보행자의 보행 중 미끄럼을 방지함과 동시에 다양한 메시지를 효과적으로 장기간 전달할 수 있는 미끄럼 방지용 바닥재에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 피부착물과; 상기 피부착물 상면에 부착되되, 저면에 부착층이 형성된 본체와; 상기 본체 상면에 이미지 및 문자를 표현하는 도료와; 상기 도료의 상면 일부 또는 전체에 도포되는 접착층과; 상기 접착층 전체에 부착되는 미끄럼방지돌기와; 상기 접착층 및 미끄럼방지돌기 전체에 도포되는 보호층을 포함하고, 상기 본체는 두께가 얇은 박판 또는 두께가 두꺼운 안전유도블록 중 어느 하나로 하고, 상기 도료는 무기질 도료로 하며,상기 접착층은 무기질과 투명액상경화제가 3:7 비율로 혼합된 용액으로 형성하여 상호 부착력이 견고하게 되도록 함으로써 미끄럼 방지돌기의 견고한 부착유지와 항마모성을 얻음과 동시에 본체 상면의 이미지 및 문자 시인성이 향상되도록 하며, 상기 무기질은 돌가루, 금속가루, 유리가루 중 어느 하나이거나, 또는 돌가루, 금속가루, 유리가루 중 둘 이상을 동일 비율로 혼합한 혼합물하고, 상기 미끄럼방지돌기는 일부가 접착층 내부로 매몰되어 부착되고, 크기는 0.4mm ~ 0.6mm로 되는 글라스 비즈 형태하며, 상기 보호층은 접착층과 동일한 재질로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 방지용 바닥재를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
