MEMBRANE STRUCTURES WITH IMPROVED DURABILITY
The present invention relates to a membrane structure with improved durability. The membrane structure with improved durability according to the present invention comprises: a membrane material (100); a primer layer (120) formed by being coated on the surface of the membrane material (100); a coating layer (140) formed by being coated on the surface of the primer layer (120); and a surface treatment layer (160) formed by being coated on the surface of the coating layer (140). By the above configuration, a functional coating liquid composition is applied to the surface of the membrane structure to form the coating layer, thereby strengthening the surface of the membrane structure and forming an environmentally friendly, physically, and chemically stable coating membrane. Accordingly, physical properties such as antifouling property, corrosion resistance, oxidation prevention, flame retardancy, chemical resistance, and high weather resistance can be improved.
본 발명은 내구성이 향상된 막구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 내구성이 향상된 막구조물은 막재(100), 상기 막재(100) 표면에 코팅되어 형성된 프라이머층(120), 상기 프라이머층(120) 표면에 코팅되어 형성된 코팅층(140), 및 상기 코팅층(140) 표면에 코팅되어 형성된 표면처리층(160)을 포함한다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 막구조물의 표면에 기능성 코팅액 조성물을 도포하여 코팅층을 형성함으로써 막구조물의 표면을 강화하고 친환경적이면서도 물리적, 화학적으로 안정적인 도막을 형성하여 방오성, 내부식성, 산화방지, 난연성, 내화학성 및 고내후성 등의 물성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a membrane structure with improved durability. The membrane structure with improved durability according to the present invention comprises: a membrane material (100); a primer layer (120) formed by being coated on the surface of the membrane material (100); a coating layer (140) formed by being coated on the surface of the primer layer (120); and a surface treatment layer (160) formed by being coated on the surface of the coating layer (140). 본 발명은 내구성이 향상된 막구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 내구성이 향상된 막구조물은 막재(100), 상기 막재(100) 표면에 코팅되어 형성된 프라이머층(120), 상기 프라이머층(120) 표면에 코팅되어 형성된 코팅층(140), 및 상기 코팅층(140) 표면에 코팅되어 형성된 표면처리층(160)을 포함한다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 막구조물의 표면에 기능성 코팅액 조성물을 도포하여 코팅층을 형성함으로써 막구조물의 표면을 강화하고 친환경적이면서도 물리적, 화학적으로 안정적인 도막을 형성하여 방오성, 내부식성, 산화방지, 난연성, 내화학성 및 고내후성 등의 물성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
