Coating Composition of Building Membrane Structures with improved fire resistance contamination durability and weather resistance
The present invention relates to a coating composition for a membrane structure for a limited-combustible building with improved fire resistance, fouling resistance, durability, and weather resistance, wherein a functional resin composition is coated on or applied to both surfaces of glass fiber fabric in a form of yarn clothes among base materials for membrane structures for a building to form a functional resin composition coating layer, thereby ensuring limited-combustible performance of the membrane structure for a building and giving low-wicking performance against contaminants without separate water repellency processing to reinforce fouling resistance, further enhance physical properties such as durability and weather resistance including tensile strength, tear strength, and adhesion strength of the membrane structure for a building, and minimize shrinkage caused by heat to enhance dimension stability. Accordingly, a separate water repellency processing process is not added to the base material to further enhance workability, thereby increasing productivity and enabling easy use and cost saving.
본 발명은, '내화성능과 내오염성, 내구성, 내후성이 향상된 준불연 건축용 막구조물의 코팅조성물'에 관한 것으로; 건축용 막구조물의 기재 중 얀크로스 형태의 유리섬유 직물(glass fiber)의 양면에, 본 발명의 기능성 수지조성물이 코팅 또는 도포된 기능성 수지조성물 코팅층이 구비되어, 건축용 막구조물의 준불연 성능을 확보함과 동시에 별도의 발수처리 공정이 필요없이 오염물질의 모관 흡수방지(low-wicking) 성능이 부여되어 내오염성 성능이 강화되고, 건축용 막구조물의 인장강도, 인열강도, 접착강도를 포함한 내구성과 내후성 물성이 더욱 강화되며, 열에 의한 수축이 최소화되어 치수안정성 물성이 향상되고, 기재에 별도의 발수처리 공정이 추가되지 않아 작업성이 더욱 향상되어 생산성 향상 및 사용이 편이하고, 원가절감이 가능한: 구성의, '내화성능과 내오염성, 내구성, 내후성이 향상된 준불연 건축용 막구조물의 코팅조성물'에 관한 것이다.
