Rebar coupler for beginning slip prevention
According to the present invention, a rebar coupler for preventing an initial slip comprises: first fastening members having first joint coupling grooves coupled to first joint portions formed on the outer circumferential surface of a first reinforcing bar for coupling, and coupled to the first reinforcing bar; a first anti-slip member screwed to the outer circumferential surface of the first fastening members to surround and support the first fastening members, and for providing a gripping force of the first reinforcing bar by the first fastening members; second fastening members having second joint coupling grooves coupled to first joint portions formed on the outer circumferential surface of a second reinforcing bar for coupling to the first reinforcing bar, and coupled to the second reinforcing bar; a second anti-slip member screwed to the outer circumferential surface of the second fastening members to surround and support the second fastening members, and for providing a gripping force of the second reinforcing bar; and a coupler body having first and second screw coupling portion screwed to the outer circumferential surfaces of the first and second anti-slip members, and maintaining a state in which ends of the first and second reinforcing bars coupled to have a length relatively greater than or equal to the sum of the lengths of the first and second anti-slip members are closely contacted to apply pressure. Therefore, a coupling defect in the rebar coupler can be prevented.
본 발명에 따른 초기 슬립방지용 철근 커플러는 결합을 위한 제 1철근의 외주면에 형성된 제 1마디부들과 결합되는 제 1마디결합홈이 형성되어 제1철근과 결합되는 제 1조임부재들과, 상기 제 1조임부재들을 감싸지지하도록 제1조임부재들의 외주면과 나사결합되며 제1조임부재들에 의해 제 1철근의 파지력을 제공하는 제 1슬립방지부재와, 제1철근과 결합을 위한 제 2철근의 외주면에 형성된 제 1마디부들과 결합되는 제 2마디결합홈이 형성되어 제2철근과 결합되는 제 2조임부재들과, 상기 제 2조임부재들을 감싸 지지 하도록 제 2조임부재들의 외주면과 나사결합되며 제2철근의 파지력을 제공하는 제 2슬립방지부재와, 상기 제 1,2슬립방지부재의 외주면과 나사결합되는 제1,2나사결합부를 가지며 상기 제 1,2슬립방지부재의 길이 합보다 상대적으로 길거나 같은 길이를 가지며 결합되는 제1,2철근의 단부가 밀착되어 가압된 상태를 유지하는 커플러본체를 구비한다.

Therefore, a coupling defect in the rebar coupler can be prevented.
본 발명에 따른 초기 슬립방지용 철근 커플러는 결합을 위한 제 1철근의 외주면에 형성된 제 1마디부들과 결합되는 제 1마디결합홈이 형성되어 제1철근과 결합되는 제 1조임부재들과, 상기 제 1조임부재들을 감싸지지하도록 제1조임부재들의 외주면과 나사결합되며 제1조임부재들에 의해 제 1철근의 파지력을 제공하는 제 1슬립방지부재와, 제1철근과 결합을 위한 제 2철근의 외주면에 형성된 제 1마디부들과 결합되는 제 2마디결합홈이 형성되어 제2철근과 결합되는 제 2조임부재들과, 상기 제 2조임부재들을 감싸 지지 하도록 제 2조임부재들의 외주면과 나사결합되며 제2철근의 파지력을 제공하는 제 2슬립방지부재와, 상기 제 1,2슬립방지부재의 외주면과 나사결합되는 제1,2나사결합부를 가지며 상기 제 1,2슬립방지부재의 길이 합보다 상대적으로 길거나 같은 길이를 가지며 결합되는 제1,2철근의 단부가 밀착되어 가압된 상태를 유지하는 커플러본체를 구비한다.
