Rebar coupler for beginning slip prevention
The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar coupler for initial slip prevention which can minimize the amount of slip caused by a tensile force acting on a reinforcing bar. According to the present invention, the reinforcing bar coupler for initial slip prevention comprises: first tightening members having a first node coupling groove coupled to first node parts formed on the outer circumferential surface of a first reinforcing bar for coupling to be coupled to the first reinforcing bar; a first slip prevention member screwed to the outer circumferential surfaces of the first tightening members to enclose and support the first tightening members, and providing a gripping force of the first reinforcing bar by the first tightening members; second tightening members having a second node coupling groove coupled to first node parts formed on the outer circumferential surface of a second reinforcing bar for coupling with the first reinforcing bar to be coupled to the second reinforcing bar; a second slip prevention member screwed to the outer circumferential surfaces of the second tightening members to enclose and support the second tightening members, and providing a gripping force of the second reinforcing bar; and a coupler body having a first and a second screwing part screwed to the outer circumferential surfaces of the first and second slip prevention members, having a length longer than or equal to the sum of the lengths of the first and second slip prevention members, and allowing ends of the first and second reinforcing bars to be tightly attached thereto to maintain a pressed state.
본 발명에 따른 초기 슬립방지용 철근 커플러는 결합을 위한 제 1철근의 외주면에 형성된 제 1마디부들과 결합되는 제 1마디결합홈이 형성되어 제1철근과 결합되는 제 1조임부재들과, 상기 제 1조임부재들을 감싸지지하도록 제1조임부재들의 외주면과 나사결합되며 제1조임부재들에 의해 제 1철근의 파지력을 제공하는 제 1슬립방지부재와, 제1철근과 결합을 위한 제 2철근의 외주면에 형성된 제 1마디부들과 결합되는 제 2마디결합홈이 형성되어 제2철근과 결합되는 제 2조임부재들과, 상기 제 2조임부재들을 감싸 지지 하도록 제 2조임부재들의 외주면과 나사결합되며 제2철근의 파지력을 제공하는 제 2슬립방지부재와, 상기 제 1,2슬립방지부재의 외주면과 나사결합되는 제1,2나사결합부를 가지며 상기 제 1,2슬립방지부재의 길이 합보다 상대적으로 길거나 같은 길이를 가지며 결합되는 제1,2철근의 단부가 밀착되어 가압된 상태를 유지하는 커플러본체를 구비한다.
