이 발명은, 한쌍의 수평철근 및 수직철근을 한 번에 고정시킴으로써 작업 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 수평철근 및 수직철근의 배치위치에 맞추어 다양한 방법으로 철근을 결속할 수 있고, 수평철근 및 수직철근의 결속력을 향상시킴과 동시에 모르타르와의 부착력도 향상시킬 수 있는 철근 결속장치에 관한 것으로서, 이 발명의 구성은, 사각형의 지지부와, 상기 지지부의 상단에서 양측으로 각각 연장되어 있으며 전방을 향하여 절곡되어 있는 제1 상부 아암 및 제2 상부 아암과, 상기 지지부의 하단에서 양측으로 각각 연장되어 있으며 전방을 향하여 절곡되어 있는 제1 하부 아암 및 제2 하부 아암과, 상기 제1 상부 아암 및 제2 상부 아암의 끝에 형성되어 있으며 철근의 둘레면을 감싸면서 결속시키는 상부 록킹편과, 상기 제1 하부 아암 및 제2 하부 아암의 끝에 형성되어 있으며 철근의 둘레면을 감싸면서 결속시키는 하부 록킹편을 포함하여 이루어진다.
The present invention relates to a rebar binding device which can fix a rebar pair including a horizontal rebar and a vertical rebar simultaneously so that work productivity can be improved, bind rebars in various methods according to arrangement positions of a horizontal rebar and a vertical rebar, and not only enhance a binding force between a horizontal rebar and a vertical rebar, but also enhance adhesion thereof with respect to mortar. The present invention comprises: a rectangular support part; a first upper arm and a second upper arm extending from the upper end of the support part to opposite sides thereof, respectively, and bent forward; a first lower arm and a second lower arm extending from the lower end of the support part to opposite sides thereof, respectively, and bent forward; upper locking pieces formed at the ends of the first upper arm and the second upper arm and binding a rebar while surrounding the circumferential surface of the rebar; and lower locking pieces formed at the ends of the first lower arm and the second lower arm and binding the rebar while surrounding the circumferential surface of the rebar.
