본 발명은 자기충전이 가능한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 종래 프리캐스트 콘크리트 제작시 반드시 필요하던 진동과 다짐공정을 생략하고도 자기 충전이 이루어질 수 있도록 하여, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 제작의 공정시간을 단축시키고, 작업환경을 개선시킬 수 있는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다.본 발명은 결합재, 굵은골재, 잔골재, 감수제 및 물이 배합된 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물에 있어서, 상기 결합재는 조강형 시멘트 50~95중량부 및 고로슬래그 미분말 5~50중량부를 포함하고, 상기 감수제는 폴리카르본산계 혼화제 및 점성저감제를 포함하며, 상기 점성저감제는 상기 감수제 100 중량% 대비 3.6~5중량% 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a precast concrete composition and a precast concrete manufacturing method using the same. In the precast concrete composition in which a binder, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent, and water are mixed, the binder includes 50 to 95 parts by weight of early strength type cement and 5 to 50 parts by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder, the water reducing agent includes a polycarboxylic acid-based admixture and a viscosity reducing agent, and the viscosity reducing agent includes 2 to 5% by weight based on 100% by weight of the water reducing agent. According to the present invention, provided are the precast concrete composition and the precast concrete manufacturing method using the same to shorten the processing time of precast concrete production and improve the working environment by omitting the vibration and compacting process that was necessary for the conventional precast concrete production.
