Self-leveling Precast Concrete Composition
The present invention relates to a self-filling precast concrete composition, and more specifically, to a self-filling precast concrete composition which shortens the process time of precast concrete production and improves the working environment by performing self-filling even without a vibration and compaction process, which are absolutely necessary in the production of conventional precast concrete. In the precast concrete composition, a binder, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent and water are blended, wherein the binder comprises 50 to 95 wt% of crude steel cement and 5 to 50 wt% of fine powder of blast furnace slag, the water reducing agent comprises a polycarboxylic acid-based admixture and a viscosity reducing agent, and a viscosity reducing agent comprises 2 to 5 wt% compared to 100wt% of the water reducing agent.
본 발명은 자기충전이 가능한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 종래 프리캐스트 콘크리트 제작시 반드시 필요하던 진동과 다짐공정을 생략하고도 자기 충전이 이루어질 수 있도록 하여, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 제작의 공정시간을 단축시키고, 작업환경을 개선시킬 수 있는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명은 결합재, 굵은골재, 잔골재, 감수제 및 물이 배합된 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물에 있어서, 상기 결합재는 조강형 시멘트 50~95중량부 및 고로슬래그 미분말 5~50중량부를 포함하고, 상기 감수제는 폴리카르본산계 혼화제 및 점성 저감제를 포함하며, 상기 점성 저감제는 상기 감수제 100 중량% 대비 2~5중량% 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다.
