According to the present invention, disclosed are a sliding auxiliary boom unit for a pile driver and a method for drawing and pile driving by using the same. The sliding auxiliary boom unit comprises: an auxiliary boom having a coupling unit coupled to a boom of an excavator; a slider sliding along the auxiliary boom; a pile driving unit rotationally installed in a bracket of the slider; and a lifting unit supported by the coupling unit or the auxiliary boom to lift the slider along a guide boom.
