Seal Material for Steel Pipe Grouting and Steel Pipe Grouting Method Using the Same
The present invention relates to a new seal material composition capable of performing early injection of an injection material by reducing the setting time and minimizing air gaps by reducing bleeding as a seal material for advantageous use in sealing work in a steel pipe grouting method and a steel pipe grouting method that can shorten the construction period by using the seal material composition preferably. The seal material composition according to the present invention further includes an inorganic admixture in a binder in a seal material composition for steel pipe grouting composed of cement and bentonite as a binder. Here, the inorganic admixture is composed of 35 to 70 wt% of an alkali-activated reaction curing agent; 25 to 50 wt% of a rapid hardening agent, 2.5 to 8.0 wt% of an expanding agent, 2.0 to 6.0 wt% of low-temperature spun PVA fibers prepared in the form of fibers by spinning and rapidly cooling a PVA aqueous solution at 70 to 80℃ at a low temperature of 1 to 5℃; and 0.05 to 1.0 wt% of a retardant.
본 발명은 강관 그라우팅 공법에서 실링작업에 유리하게 활용하기 위한 씰재로서 응결시간의 단축으로 주입재의 조기 주입이 가능하고 블리딩 저감을 통해 공극 최소화가 가능한 새로운 씰재 조성물과, 이를 바람직하게 이용하여 공사기간을 단축할 수 있는 강관 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 씰재 조성물은, 시멘트, 벤토나이트를 결합재로 하여 조성된 강관 그라우팅용 씰재 조성물에서 결합재에 무기계 혼화재가 더 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 여기서 무기계 혼화재는, 알칼리 활성반응 경화제 35~70중량%; 속경제 25~50중량%, 팽창제 2.5~8.0중량%, 70~80℃의 PVA 수용액이 1~5℃ 저온에서 방사되어 급냉됨으로써 섬유상으로 제조된 저온방사 PVA섬유 2.0~6.0중량%; 지연제 0.05~1.0중량%;로 조성된다.
