Pre-treatment screen device and pollution decontamination unit including the same
The present invention provides a pollution source treatment apparatus including a pre-treatment screen device capable of removing polluted materials by self-power without supplying separate power by generating rotation power using potential energy of running water to remove the polluted materials using the rotation power. The pollution source treatment apparatus comprises: a body formed by iron or concrete to have a space for receiving polluted water therein; an inlet formed at one wall of the body to introduce the polluted water into the body; a pre-treatment screen device provided at an introduced portion of the polluted water from the inlet inside the body; a filter tank separated from the pre-treatment screen device through a separation wall and including a micro bubble generator to generate micro bubble; a treatment tank separated from the filter tank by a filter membrane assembly; and an outlet provided at an opposite wall of the body. The pre-treatment screen device comprises: a rotation shaft; a water cart including a plurality of rotation wings coupled with the rotation shaft; a screen coupled with the rotation shaft at a lower portion of the water cart; and a polluted material removing means fixed to an outer side of the screen and making contact with a surface of the screen.
본 발명의 일 측면은, 철제 또는 콘크리트로 이루어지며 내부에 오염수가 수용되는 공간을 가지는 본체;상기 본체의 일 벽면에 구비되어 상기 오염수가 상기 본체 내부로 유입되는 유입구;상기 본체 내부에서 상기 유입구로부터 상기 오염수가 유입되는 위치에 구비되는 전처리 스크린 장치;상기 전처리 스크린 장치와 분리벽으로 분리되며, 내부에 마이크로버블을 발생시키는 마이크로버블발생기가 구비되는 여과조; 상기 여과조와 여과막어셈블리에 의해 분리되는 처리수조; 및상기 본체의 타벽면에 구비되는 방류구;를 포함하며,상기 전처리 스크린 장치는 회전축과, 상기 회전축에 결합되는 복수개의 회전날개를 포함하는 수차와, 상기 수차의 하부에서 상기 회전축에 결합되는 스크린, 및 상기 스크린의 외부에 고정되며 상기 스크린의 표면에 접촉되는 오염물질제거수단을 포함하는 오염원처리장치인 것을 특징으로 한다.
