Disclosed is a telescopic mast with a built-in belt rope. The telescopic mast with a built-in belt rope comprises: a plurality of joints having different outer diameters; a plurality of belt ropes for connecting the joints to operate the joints simultaneously; a collar part coupled to an upper end of each joint, and having a guide roller embedded in one side and the other side thereof facing the side to guide movement of the belt ropes; a belt rope stator coupled to a lower end of the lowest joint having the largest diameter among the plurality of joints, and having both ends of one belt rope fixed thereto; and a belt rope guide coupled to a lower end of each joint excluding the lowest joint, having both ends of one belt rope fixed thereto, and having the other belt rope movably coupled thereto. The plurality of joints segments have a telescopic structure in which the joints are assembled to overlap each other so that the length is adjusted. Among the plurality of belt ropes, the remaining belt rope, excluding the lowermost belt rope, is connected to two joints distanced from each other with one joint therebetween. The belt rope connected to the two joints distanced from each other passes through the inside of the joint located in the middle of the two joints to be connected. Therefore, the remaining belt ropes, excluding a driving belt rope, are not exposed to the external environment. As a result, the telescopic mast can prevent rapid aging of the belt ropes that occurs when the belt ropes are exposed to the external environment.
벨트로프 내장형 텔레스코픽 마스트가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 벨트로프 내장형 텔레스코픽 마스트는, 외경이 서로 다른 복수의 마디체와, 마디체들을 동시적으로 작동시키기 위해 마디체들을 연결하는 복수의 벨트로프와, 각 마디체 상단에 결합되며 벨트로프의 이동을 안내하는 가이드 롤러가 일측과 대향부 타측에 매입된 칼라부와, 복수의 마디체 중 직경이 가장 큰 최하단 마디체의 하단에 결합되며 어느 한 벨트로프의 양단이 고정되는 벨트로프 고정자 및 최하단 마디체를 제외한 각 마디체 하단에 결합되며 어느 한 벨트로프의 양단이 고정되고 다른 한 벨트로프가 이동 가능하게 결합되는 벨트로프 안내자를 포함하며, 복수의 마디체는 서로 중첩되게 조립되어 길이가 조절되는 텔레스코픽 구조로 형성되고, 복수의 벨트로프 중 최하단 벨트로프를 제외한 나머지 벨트로프가 중간에 하나의 마디체를 사이에 두고 서로 떨어진 두 개의 마디체에 연결되되, 서로 떨어진 두 개의 마디체에 연결되는 벨트로프가 연결 대상 두 개의 마디체 중간에 위치하는 마디체 내부를 통과하도록 구성됨으로써, 구동 벨트로프를 제외한 나머지 모든 벨트로프가 외부 환경에 노출되지 않는다.
Disclosed is a telescopic mast with a built-in belt rope. The telescopic mast with a built-in belt rope comprises: a plurality of joints having different outer diameters; a plurality of belt ropes for connecting the joints to operate the joints simultaneously; a collar part coupled to an upper end of each joint, and having a guide roller embedded in one side and the other side thereof facing the side to guide movement of the belt ropes; a belt rope stator coupled to a lower end of the lowest joint having the largest diameter among the plurality of joints, and having both ends of one belt rope fixed thereto; and a belt rope guide coupled to a lower end of each joint excluding the lowest joint, having both ends of one belt rope fixed thereto, and having the other belt rope movably coupled thereto. Therefore, the remaining belt ropes, excluding a driving belt rope, are not exposed to the external environment. As a result, the telescopic mast can prevent rapid aging of the belt ropes that occurs when the belt ropes are exposed to the external environment.
벨트로프 내장형 텔레스코픽 마스트가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 벨트로프 내장형 텔레스코픽 마스트는, 외경이 서로 다른 복수의 마디체와, 마디체들을 동시적으로 작동시키기 위해 마디체들을 연결하는 복수의 벨트로프와, 각 마디체 상단에 결합되며 벨트로프의 이동을 안내하는 가이드 롤러가 일측과 대향부 타측에 매입된 칼라부와, 복수의 마디체 중 직경이 가장 큰 최하단 마디체의 하단에 결합되며 어느 한 벨트로프의 양단이 고정되는 벨트로프 고정자 및 최하단 마디체를 제외한 각 마디체 하단에 결합되며 어느 한 벨트로프의 양단이 고정되고 다른 한 벨트로프가 이동 가능하게 결합되는 벨트로프 안내자를 포함하며, 복수의 마디체는 서로 중첩되게 조립되어 길이가 조절되는 텔레스코픽 구조로 형성되고, 복수의 벨트로프 중 최하단 벨트로프를 제외한 나머지 벨트로프가 중간에 하나의 마디체를 사이에 두고 서로 떨어진 두 개의 마디체에 연결되되, 서로 떨어진 두 개의 마디체에 연결되는 벨트로프가 연결 대상 두 개의 마디체 중간에 위치하는 마디체 내부를 통과하도록 구성됨으로써, 구동 벨트로프를 제외한 나머지 모든 벨트로프가 외부 환경에 노출되지 않는다.
