The present invention relates to a heat insulation PMMA paint composition containing BIO-based resin and a composite construction method using the same. The object of the present invention is to provide a paint composition with excellent workability that compensates for the occurrence of cracks in a bottom layer by using BIO-based resin, having an elongation rate similar to that of the bottom layer, and having excellent crack resistance while having continuous heat insulation performance by differentiating a heat insulation pigment, and a composite construction method using the same. The present invention provides a heat insulation PMMA paint composition containing BIO-based resin, composed of 25 to 35% by weight of PMMA resin, 1 to 5% by weight of oligomer resin, 5 to 10% by weight of BIO-based resin, 15 to 25% by weight of a monomer, 5 to 10% by weight of milled glass fiber, 25 to 35% by weight of silica, 8 to 17% by weight of an infrared reflective pigment, and 0.5 to 2% by weight of aniline, and a composite construction method using the same.
본 발명은 BIO Based 수지가 포함된 차열성 PMMA 도료 조성물과 이를 이용한 복합 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 차열안료를 차별화 하여 지속적인 차열성능을 가지면서, BIO BASED 수지를 이용하여 바닥층과 유사한 신장율을 가져 내크랙성이 우수하여 바닥층의 크랙 발생 현상을 보완한 시공성이 우수한 도료 조성물과 이를 이용한 복합시공방법을 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 PMMA 수지 25~35 중량%, OLIGOMER 수지 1~5 중량%, BIO Based 수지 5~10 중량%, 모노머(MONONER) 15~25 중량%, MILLED GLASS FIBER 5~10 중량%, SILICA 25~35 중량%, 적외선 반사 안료 8~17 중량%, ANILINE 0.5 ~ 2 중량% 로 조성된 BIO Based 수지가 포함된 차열성 PMMA 도료 조성물과 이를 이용한 복합 시공 방법을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
