Eco-friendly permeable block with excellent water permeability and durability and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly permeable block including gravel and bio-urethane-based adhesive, and excluding cement, and a method for manufacturing the same. The urethane-based adhesive is manufactured by mixing a first agent including polymeric methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and isocyanate monomer; and a second agent including bio-polyol, petroleum-based polyester polyol, petroleum-based polyether polyol, and catalyst.
본 발명은 자갈 및 바이오 우레탄계 접착제를 포함하되, 시멘트를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 투수블록 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 우레탄계 접착제는 폴리머릭 메틸렌디페닐디이소시아네이트(MDI) 및 이소시아네이트 단량체를 포함하는 제1제; 및 바이오 폴리올, 석유계 폴리에스테르폴리올, 석유계 폴리에테르폴리올 및 촉매를 포함하는 제2제;를 혼합하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 한다.
