COMPOSITE DECK WITH EXCELLENT WATER PERMEABILITY AND DURABILITY AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention provides a composite deck with excellent water permeability and durability. The composite deck comprises: a reinforcing layer (100) having a filling groove (110) recessed in the longitudinal direction at the top and forming a plurality of permeable holes and made of a first thermoplastic resin; and a water-permeable filling layer (200) formed by filling the filling groove (110) and containing a second thermoplastic resin, wood, aggregate, antioxidant, ultraviolet stabilizer, and flame retardant. The water-permeable filling layer (200) contains 20 to 60 parts by weight of the aggregate based on 100 parts by weight of the wood, and 20 to 60 parts by weight of the second thermoplastic resin.
본 발명은, 상부에 길이 방향으로 충진홈(110)이 함몰 형성되되 복수의 투수공이 형성되고 제1 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 강화층(100); 및 상기 충진홈(110)에 충진되어 형성되되 제2 열가소성 수지, 목본, 골재, 산화방지제, 자외선안정제 및 난연제를 포함하는 투수성 충진층(200)를 포함하며, 상기 투수성 충진층(200)은 상기 목본 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 골재 20 내지 60 중량부; 및 상기 제2 열가소성 수지 20 내지 60 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투수성과 내구성이 우수한 복합데크를 제공한다.
