In accordance with the present invention, provided is a rebar spacer-integrated multipurpose complex insert apparatus for concrete cast-in. In order to improve construction convenience by providing a complex function through one single apparatus, the rebar spacer-integrated multipurpose complex insert apparatus includes: an insert body part extended vertically and having a hollow coupling hole penetrated in a longitudinal direction of a center part; an integrated spacer part including a spacer body part integrally extended from a lower end part of the insert body part in forward/backward and left/right directions at equiangular intervals while having a bottom surface placed on an upper side of a mold, and a rebar combination part projected to an upper side of the spacer body part while having a combination protrusion part symmetrically projected with an end extended to be inclined downward such that a rebar can be inserted and combined between a pair of upward projected support surface parts; and an anchor combination part including a coupling part inserted into an upper end of the hollow coupling hole to be combined while having an anchor coupling groove formed therein to be opened downward, and a cover surface part expanded in a radially outward direction from an upper end of the coupling part such that a lower side thereof can be opposed to an upper end part of the insert body part.
