Design panel for manufacture concrete composition and design panel manufacturing method using the same
The present invention relates to a concrete composition containing glass aggregate using waste glass in order to maximize an aesthetic effect of a design panel. More specifically, a design panel is attached to an outer surface of a concrete panel and has a surface of a concrete panel exposed to the outside through a pattern part formed by spraying water on a panel production sheet, on which retardation ink is printed, and washing the retardation ink. It is characterized in that the concrete composition forming a concrete panel is a mixture of water, white cement, a nylon fiber reinforcing agent, silica fume, metakaolin, polypropylene fiber, an AE water reducing agent, an admixture, silica sol, wollastonite, white silica sand, a pigment, and glass aggregate.
본 발명은 디자인패널의 심미감 효과를 극대화하기 위해 폐유리를 이용한 유리골재가 포함된 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트판넬 외면에 부착되되 지연잉크가 인쇄된 판넬제작시트에 물을 분사하여 상기 지연잉크가 씻겨져 형성된 문양부를 통해 콘크리트판넬 표면이 외부로 노출되는 디자인패널에 있어서, 콘크리트판넬을 형성하는 콘크리트 조성물은 물, 백색시멘트, 나일론 섬유보강제, 실리카흄, 메타카올린, 폴리프로필렌섬유, AE 감수제, 혼화제, 실리카졸, 규회석, 백규사, 안료 및 유리골재의 혼합으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
