METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DESIGN PANEL AND DESIGN PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a design panel in which even if a packing material sticks on a panel surface when packing the packing material in a groove part of a joint pattern, cleaning of the packing material that has stuck is not required, and further, feeling of cement is utilized on the panel surface by shaving the panel surface.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a design panel includes a panel manufacture step for manufacturing an extrusion molding cement plate where a groove part of grid-like joint pattern is formed on a surface, a packing step for packing a joint material in the groove part, and a surface processing step in which a panel surface on the side where the groove part of the extrusion molding cement plate is formed is shaved to a cutting depth which leaves the joint material in the groove part.
【課題】 充填材を目地模様の溝部に充填するときに、充填材がパネル表面に付着することがあっても、その付着した充填材を清掃する必要が無く、更に、パネル表面を削り取ることによって、パネル表面にセメントの風合いを生かすことができるデザインパネルの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 表面に格子状目地模様の溝部が形成された押出成形セメント板を製造するパネル製造段階と、前記溝部に目地材を充填する充填段階と、前記押出成形セメント板の前記溝部が形成されている側のパネル表面を、前記溝部内の前記目地材を残す切込深さで削り取る表面加工段階とを備えるデザインパネルの製造方法。【選択図】 図１
