The present invention relates to a tension member removal device for removing a tension member installed on the ground or building. According to the present invention, the tension member removal device comprises: a gripping unit for gripping a tension member; a driving unit for applying rotational force to the gripping unit; and a connecting unit mediating a connection between the driving unit and an external device.
