Retention facility overflow water contaminant treatment device
The present invention provides an apparatus for treating contaminants on an overflow water channel of a water retention facility, comprising: a semi-circular overflow screen filtering contaminants included in overflow water overflowing to a water retention facility through an overflow water channel, then scraping the filtered contaminants and, at the same time, stably collecting the scraped contaminants in a contaminant collection box provided at the outside of the overflow water channel without allowing the contaminants to fall to the overflow water channel again, wherein the semi-circular overflow screen adopts a simple technical principle; rotary discs provided on both sides of a driving shaft rotated by a driving means, respectively, to rotate; scrapers scraping the contaminants filtered by the semi-circular overflow screen; a slide bar sliding by a pair of actuating bars; and a guide link member guiding the contaminants scraped by the scrapers into the contaminant collection box provided at the outside of the overflow water channel while swinging to the bottom surface of the upper end of the semi-circular overflow screen by the slide bar sliding by the pair of actuating bars. Accordingly, the present invention smoothly removes the contaminants instantaneously introduced together with a large amount of rainwater without introducing the contaminants into the water retention facility, thereby preventing enormous disruption and damage to a post-treatment facility caused by a large amount of contaminants in the water retention facility like a water retention tank.
본 발명은 월류수로를 거쳐 저류시설로 월류되는 월류수에 포함된 협잡물을 간단한 기술적 원리인 반원형 월류 스크린에 의해 걸러낸 후 그 걸려진 협잡물을 스크레이핑(scraping) 함과 동시에 그 스크레이핑 되는 협잡물이 재차 월류수로로 떨어지지 않고 월류수로의 외부에 구비되는 협잡물 수거함으로 안정적으로 수거가 이루어질 수 있도록 반원형 월류 스크린; 구동수단에 의해 회전되는 구동축의 양 측면에 구비되어 회전되는 각각의 회전원판; 반원형 월류 스크린에 걸려진 협잡물을 스크레이핑 하는 각각의 스크레이퍼; 한 쌍의 작동 바에 의해 슬라이딩 되는 슬라이드 바; 및 한 쌍의 작동 바에 의해 슬라이딩 되는 상기 슬라이드 바에 의해 상기 반원형 월류 스크린의 상단 밑면으로 스윙(swing) 되면서 스크레이퍼에 의해 스크레이핑 된 협잡물을 월류수로의 외부에 구비되는 협잡물 수거함으로 안내하는 가이드 링크부재;를 포함하는 저류시설 월류수로의 협잡물 처리장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 순간적으로 많은 양의 우수와 함께 유입되는 협잡물이 저류시설로 유입되지 않고 제거가 원활하게 이루어짐에 따라 저류조 등과 같은 저류시설에서의 다량의 협잡물로 인한 후처리 시설에 막대한 지장 및 파손 등을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
