The present invention relates to a dry shotcrete mixing hose device for dust reduction and remixing. According to the present invention, before materials, which are a dry shotcrete mixture supplied through a supply pipe, is sprayed through a spray nozzle, the materials are primarily mixed with a water supplied through a water spray ring having one end coupled to one side of the supply pipe and having the other side coupled to one side of a communication pipe so that high-pressure water is injected through a water inlet to be sprayed to a water hole. The transferred materials are secondarily mixed by a mixing auger unit including an auger rotated by an air motor operated by compressed air and material separation pieces vertically fixed in a cross shape at regular intervals on the central axis of the auger. The secondarily mixed materials are shot through the spray nozzle coupled to an end part of a flexible spray hose having a predetermined length.
본 발명은 분진저감 및 재배합용 건식숏크리트 믹싱호스 장치에 관한 것으로, 공급관을 통하여 공급되는 건식 숏크리트 혼합물인 재료가 분사노즐로 분사되기 전에 고압의 물이 물주입구를 통하여 주입되어 물분사구로 분사되도록 공급관의 일단부와 일측이 결합되고 타측이 연통관의 일측과 결합되는 물분사링을 통하여 공급되는 물과 제1차 배합이 이루어진 후, 압축공기에 의하여 작동하는 에어모터에 의하여 회전되는 오거를 구비하고 상기 오거의 중심축에 일정 간격으로 십자형태로 수직 고정된 재료분리편으로 구성된 믹성오거부에 의하여 이송 재료가 제2차 배합된 후 일정 길이의 유연성을 가지는 분사호스의 단부에 결합된 분사노즐로 숏크리트되는 것에 관한 것이다.
