According to the present invention, provided is a street inlet for reducing flooding, including: a temporary storage space (S) for temporarily storing rainwater introduced into a body through a grating; a housing (12) provided on an outer side of the temporary storage space (S) to be connected to the temporary storage space (S), and connected to a connection pipe (W1) connected to a rainwater drain duct (not shown); a first opening/closing valve (14) provided between the temporary storage space (S) and the housing (12), and capable of being opened/closed by a water pressure difference between water pressure from the rainwater stored in the temporary storage space (S) and water pressure in the housing (12) into which backflow rainwater is introduced through the connection pipe (W1); and a second opening/closing valve (16) provided to be higher than the height of the first opening/closing valve (14), and connected to a water tank (C) to be opened/closed by water pressure from an upper side of the temporary storage space (S). Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing a backflow by storing water with a side gutter without using electric power.
본 발명에 의하면, 본체의 내부에 대하여 그레이팅을 통하여 유입되는 우수를 임시 저장하기 위한 임시저장공간(S); 임시저장공간(S)과 연통되도로록 임시저장공간(S)의 외측면에 구비되며, 우수배수관로(미도시)에 연통되는 연결관(W1)에 대하여 연통되는 하우징(12); 임시저장공간(S)와 하우징(12)의 사이에 구비되며, 임시저장공간(S) 내에 저장된 우수에 의한 수압과 연결관(W1)을 통하여 역류된 우수가 유입된 하우징(12) 내부의 수압에 의하여 수압차에 의하여 개폐가 가능한 제1 개폐밸브(14); 및 제1 개폐밸브(14)의 높이보다 높게 구비되며, 저류조(C)로 연통되어 임시저장공간(S)의 상부면의 수압에 의하여 개방 가능한 제2 개폐밸브(16)를 포함하는침수 저감을 위한 빗물받이가 제공된다.
