본 발명은, 비탈면을 천공하여 네일을 삽입하고, 컬러패널을 고정하여 시공하는 패널식 옹벽시공방법에 있어서, 가) 기초블록(500)을 설치하는 단계; 나) 비탈면(1)에 천공홀(2)을 형성하는 단계; 다) 상기 천공홀(2)에 네일(100)을 삽입하는 단계; 라) 상기 천공홀(2)에 그라우트재(21)를 주입하는 단계; 마) 전면에 자연석문양부(802)가 구비된 컬러패널(800)을 적층하면서, 상기 네일(100)의 돌출된 단부에 컬러패널(800)을 고정하는 단계; 바) 뒷채움부에 토사를 다짐하는 단계; 사) 뚜껑틀(400)에 전면캡(470)을 설치하는 단계를 포함하는 컬러패널을 이용한 옹벽시공방법 및 옹벽에 관한 것이다.
