The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a honeycomb panel and a honeycomb panel manufactured thereby. The honeycomb panel has excellent semi-incombustible properties compared to a conventional sandwich panel by injecting foamed urethane into a honeycomb sheet, and thus prevents a spread of fire and has excellent durability. The method for manufacturing a honeycomb panel comprises the following steps: a honeycomb sheet preparation step of preparing a honeycomb sheet having a plurality of cells with open top and bottom parts; a mixed sheet manufacturing step of manufacturing a mixed sheet by attaching a first sheet to a lower part of the honeycomb sheet; an injection step of injecting foamed urethane into a cell after fixing the mixed sheet inside a mold; and a honeycomb panel manufacturing step for manufacturing a honeycomb panel by dismantling the mold after the foamed urethane is cured.
본 발명은 허니컴 시트 내부에 발포우레탄을 주입함으로써, 기존 샌드위치 패널에 비해 우수한 준불연의 성질을 가지게 되어, 화재가 확산되는 것을 방지하고 우수한 내구성을 가지도록 한 허니컴 패널 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 허니컴 패널에 관한 것으로, 상부와 하부가 개방된 셀이 복수개 구비된 허니컴 시트를 준비하는 허니컴 시트 준비단계; 허니컴 시트의 하부에 제1 시트를 부착하여 혼합 시트를 제조하는 혼합 시트 제조단계; 몰드 내부에 혼합 시트를 고정시킨 후, 셀 내부로 발포우레탄을 주입하는 주입단계; 및 발포우레탄이 경화된 후에 몰드를 해체하여 허니컴 패널을 제조하기 위한 허니컴 패널 제조단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
