본 발명은 둘 이상의 주차장을 보다 효율적으로 교환하여 이용할 수 있게 하는 주차장 교환이용 방법, 이를 이용한 주차관제장치 및 주차장 교환이용 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 주차장 교환이용에 동의하는 주차장에 관한 주차장정보와, 상기 주차장을 이용할 권리가 있는 사용자에 관한 사용자정보를 포함하는 주차장 관련정보를 등록받는 등록단계와; 상기 사용자정보, 상기 사용자가 주차를 희망하는 희망주차지 및 희망주차시간대를 포함하는 주차매칭요청을 받는 접수단계와; 상기 주차장 관련정보 및 상기 주차매칭요청을 기초로 주차가 가능한 매칭주차장 및 매칭주차시간대를 포함하는 주차매칭결과를 만든 주차매칭단계와; 상기 주차매칭결과를 상기 사용자에게 통보하는 통보단계를 포함하는 주차장 교환이용 방법을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a method for alternate use of parking lots, which enables a user to more efficiently use two or more parking lots and a parking managing apparatus using the same and a system for alternate use of parking lots. The method for alternate use of parking lots comprises: a registration step in which parking lot information about a parking lot accepting alternate use of parking lots and parking lot-related information including user information of a user having a right to use the parking lot are registered; a parking matching request receiving step of receiving a parking matching request including the user information, a users desired parking lot location, and a users desired parking time range; a parking matching step of making a parking matching result including a parking available matched parking lot and parking time range based on the parking lot-related information and the parking matching request; and a notification step of notifying the user of the parking matching result.
