본 발명은 주차장 교환 이용방법, 이를 이용한 주차관제장치 및 주차장 교환이용 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 주차장 교환 이용을 요청하는 요청주체를 식별하기 위한 요청자 식별자, 상기 요청자 식별자가 이용 권리를 가지고 있는 주차장을 식별하기 위한 주차장 식별자, 상기 요청자 식별자가 교환하여 이용하기를 희망하는 주차위치를 식별하기 위한 희망주차위치 식별자 및 희망 주차시간대를 포함하는 주차장 교환요청을 접수하는 접수단계와; 두 개 이상의 상기 주차장 교환요청을 분석하여, 각각의 상기 요청자 식별자에게 교환 이용이 가능한 주차장으로 매칭된 교환주차장을 식별하기 위한 매칭주차위치 식별자와 매칭 주차시간대를 포함하는 교환주차 매칭정보를 생성하는 정보처리단계와; 상기 교환주차 매칭정보를 상기 요청자 식별자에게 각각 전달하는 통보단계를 포함하는 주차장 교환이용 방법을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a method for parking lot exchange and a parking control device and a parking lot exchange system using the same. The method for parking lot exchange includes: a reception step of receiving a parking lot exchange request including a desired parking time, a requester identifier for identifying a requesting subject requesting parking lot exchange, a parking lot identifier for identifying a parking lot that the requester identifier is entitled to use, and a desired parking location identifier for identifying a parking location that the requester identifier desires to exchange and use; an information processing step of analyzing two or more of the parking lot exchange requests to generate exchange parking matching information including a matching parking time and a matching parking location identifier for identifying an exchange parking lot matched to each of the requester identifiers as an exchangeable parking lot; and a notification step of transferring the exchange parking matching information to each requester identifier.
