본 발명은 빔설치용 랙모듈러에 관한 것으로, 그목적은, 내부에 덕트, 케이블트레이 및 배관이 고정되어지는 랙모듈러를 사전에 공장에서 제작한 후 현장 천정면에 용이하게 설치하도록 하며, 특히, 빔 상에 용이하게 랙모듈러를 설치하도록 하는 빔설치용 랙모듈러를 제공함에 있다. 이는 웨브를 중심으로 상하측에 플랜지가 구비되고, 천정면에 고정되는 빔; 상기 빔을 천정에 고정하기 위하여 상기 상측 플랜지에 일정간격으로 배치되는 빔고정부; 상기 빔의 하부에 배치되고, 내부에 덕트, 케이블트레이 및 배관이 고정되도록 종방향프레임, 횡방향프레임 및 수직프레임을 포함하는 랙모듈러; 및 상기 랙모듈러의 수직프레임의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 빔의 하측 플랜지에 상기 랙모듈러를 이송 후 고정되도록 하는 랙모듈러 이송고정부를 포함하며, 상기 랙모듈러 이송고정부는, 상기 빔의 하측 플랜지 양측에서 구름운동하고, 복수개 설치되는 구름바퀴와, 상기 구름바퀴가 고정되어지는 바퀴브라켓과, 상기 바퀴브라켓의 하부에 돌출되어 하부에 랙모듈러의 수직프레임이 고정되는 프레임브라켓과, 상기 바퀴브라켓의 구름바퀴 사이에 설치되며, 상기 바퀴브라켓을 상기 빔의 하측 플랜지 양측에서 고정시키는 바퀴브라켓 고정부를 포함하고, 상기 바퀴브라켓 고정부는, 장공이 형성되고, 상기 바퀴브라켓에서 좌,우측으로 슬라이딩 가능하는 슬라이딩블록과, 상기 슬라이딩블럭의 장공을 통해 상기 바퀴브라켓의 삽입공에 결합되는 고정볼트와, 상기 슬라이딩블록의 일측의 체결공에 체결되고, 끝단이 빔의 하측 플랜지와 점접촉으로 상기 하측 플랜지의 두께에 구애됨이 없이 수직의 고정력이 제공되도록 하여 빔에 대하여 상기 슬라이딩블록에 확고한 고정력이 발휘되도록 하는 압박볼트를 포함하는 것이다.
The present invention relates to a rack modular for installing a beam, which is able to allow a user to manufacture a rack modular, which includes a duct, cable tray, and pipe inside, in advance in a factory, easily install the rack modular on a ceiling surface on the site, and more specifically, easily install the rack modular on a beam. The rack modular comprises: a beam which includes a flange on an upper side and a lower side with a web in the middle, and which is fixed on a ceiling surface; beam fixing units placed on the flange on the upper side at regular intervals for fixing the beam on the ceiling; the rack modular placed on a lower side of the beam, including a longitudinal frame, transversal frame, and vertical frame to include a duct, cable tray, and pipe inside; and a rack modular transfer/fixing unit installed on an end unit of the vertical frame of the rack modular and transfer the rack modular to the flange on the lower side of the beam to be fixed.
