The present invention relates to a rack modular for beam installation. An objective of the present invention is to manufacture the rack modular in which a duct, a cable tray, and a pipe are fixed therein in advance in a factory and to be easily installed on the ceiling surface of a site, and more specifically, to provide the rack modular for beam installation which allows easy installation of the rack modular on a beam. The rack modular for beam installation of the present invention comprises: a beam wherein flanges are provided on upper and lower sides around a web, and fixed to the ceiling surface; a beam fixing unit disposed at regular intervals on an upper side flange to fix the beam to a ceiling; the rack modular disposed under the beam, and including a longitudinal frame, a transverse frame, and a vertical frame to which the duct, the cable tray, and the pipe are fixed therein; and a rack modular transfer fixing unit installed at an end part of the vertical frame of the rack modular and fixed to a lower side flange of the beam after transferring the rack modular. The cable tray coupled to the rack modular is coupled to the rack modular by a tray clamp. The tray clamp includes: a side surface supporting unit for supporting the side surface of the cable tray; an upper surface supporting unit bent on the upper surface of the side surface supporting unit to support the upper surface of the cable tray; a lower part supporting unit bent on the lower surface of the side supporting unit to support a channel of the rack modular; and a tray fixing bolt which penetrates through the lower part supporting unit and is fixed to the channel of the rack modular.

본 발명은 빔설치용 랙모듈러에 관한 것으로, 그목적은, 내부에 덕트, 케이블트레이 및 배관이 고정되어지는 랙모듈러를 사전에 공장에서 제작한 후 현장 천정면에 용이하게 설치하도록 하며, 특히, 빔 상에 용이하게 랙모듈러를 설치하도록 하는 빔설치용 랙모듈러를 제공함에 있다. 이는 웨브를 중심으로 상하측에 플랜지가 구비되고, 천정면에 고정되는 빔; 상기 빔을 천정에 고정하기 위하여 상기 상측 플랜지에 일정간격으로 배치되는 빔고정부; 상기 빔의 하부에 배치되고, 내부에 덕트, 케이블트레이 및 배관이 고정되도록 종방향프레임, 횡방향프레임 및 수직프레임을 포함하는 랙모듈러; 및 상기 랙모듈러의 수직프레임의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 빔의 하측 플랜지에 상기 랙모듈러를 이송 후 고정되도록 하는 랙모듈러 이송고정부를 포함하며, 상기 랙모듈러에 결합되는 케이블트레이는, 트레이클램프로 상기 랙모듈러에 결합하되, 상기 트레이클램프는 상기 케이블트레이의 측면을 지지하는 측면지지부와, 상기 측면지지부의 상부면에 절곡되어 상기 케이블트레이의 상면을 지지하는 상면지지부와, 상기 측면지지부의 하부면에 절곡되어 상기 랙모듈러의 채널을 지지하는 하부지지부와, 상기 하부지지부에 관통되어 상기 랙모듈러의 채널에 고정되는 트레이고정볼트를 포함하는 것이다.
